Welcome to Last Price Liquidation. By using this store or buying from it, you agree to the terms below. Please read them.

1. About our products

We sell open-box, customer-return, and liquidation stock, usually around 30% below retail. Items are sold as-is and may show signs of handling or be missing the original box or accessories. Product images and descriptions are provided in good faith and are approximate. Minor variations are normal for this kind of inventory.

Items may have cosmetic wear, packaging damage, missing manuals, or missing accessories/components unless specifically stated otherwise in the product description. Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions, photos, and available condition information before completing a purchase.

2. All sales are final

Every purchase is final sale. We do not accept returns and do not offer refunds or exchanges, except ehere you receive the wrong item, as described in our Refund Policy, or where a remedy is required under applicable consumer protection laws. By completing checkout you agree to this final-sale policy.

3. Pricing and availability

All prices are listed in Canadian dollars.

Any crossed-out price, compare-at price, or reference price is provided for comparison purposes only and represents a typical retail reference value. It is not a guarantee of a current selling price elsewhere.

Inventory is limited and may be unique. Products may become unavailable at any time.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, descriptions, or inventory mistakes. If an order is affected by an obvious error, we may cancel the order and issue a full refund.

4. Orders and payment

We accept payment methods displayed during checkout.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit orders where we reasonably believe there is:

fraudulent activity;
unauthorized payment use;
abuse of our policies; or
violation of these Terms of Service.

If an order is cancelled, any payment received will be refunded.

5. Shipping

Shipping follows our Shipping Policy.

We currently ship within Canada only.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses, shipping carriers, weather, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

6. Product warranties

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, Last Price Liquidation does not provide any additional warranty or guarantee on liquidation, open-box, or customer-return merchandise.

Any manufacturer warranty, if available, is the responsibility of the manufacturer and may vary by product.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Last Price Liquidation is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the purchase, use, or inability to use products purchased through this store.

Our maximum liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount paid for that product.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights or protections that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
