Frequently Asked Questions

What does “open box” mean?

Open box means a customer opened the item, so the retailer can no longer sell it as brand new, even when nothing is wrong with it. Often someone opened the box, changed their mind, and sent it back. We buy that stock and pass you the discount.

Are your items new or used?

Most are open-box or customer returns, not worn-out used. A lot of it is effectively new and barely handled. Some shows light wear or is missing the original packaging. We tell you the condition in each listing.

Why are your prices so low?

Because we buy open-box returns and auction overstock, not fresh-from-the-factory retail stock. The retailer already took the loss when the box came back. We pass that saving to you, usually about 30% off retail.

Where does your inventory come from?

Returns and overstock from big retailers, bought through liquidation auctions and lots. We sort it, keep what is worth selling, and list it here. We do not sell anything we would not be comfortable receiving ourselves.

What condition will my item be in?

It depends on the item, so read the listing. Many look brand new. Some have a scuffed box, a missing manual or cable, or light handling marks. We note anything notable and sell everything as-is. If a detail matters to you, email us before you buy.

Do your items come with a warranty?

Assume no warranty unless the listing says otherwise. Some products may still carry a manufacturer warranty you can register directly with the brand, but we do not guarantee it and we do not offer our own. Items are sold as-is.

Can I return an item or get a refund?

No. All sales are final: no returns, refunds, or exchanges. That is how we keep prices this low. The one exception is below, for orders that arrive wrong. So please read the listing and check the photos before you buy.

What if you send me wrong item?

Email info@lastpriceliquidation.ca within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and the packaging. We look at every case and work with you on a fair fix. This is the only exception to our final-sale policy.

Where do you ship, and how long does it take?

We ship anywhere in Canada. Orders usually go out in one to three business days, and most arrive three to ten business days after that, depending on where you are. You get a tracking number by email when it ships.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated at checkout from your address and the size and weight of the order, so you see the exact cost before you pay. No surprise fees after.

What payment methods do you accept, and is checkout secure?

You can pay with credit cards, Shop Pay, Google Pay, or Apple Pay. Checkout runs on Shopify, the same secure, encrypted system thousands of stores use. Prices are in Canadian dollars.

What does the “compare-at” price mean?

The crossed-out number is the usual retail price for that item, shown so you can see what you are saving. It is a reference for comparison, nothing more.
