Are these home items new or used?

Most are open-box or customer returns, not worn-out used. Plenty looks brand new; some shows light handling or is missing the original box. We note the condition in each listing and sell as-is.

Why are they so cheap?

Because they are returns and overstock we buy in bulk and pass on at about 30% off retail. The retailer already took the markdown when the box came back.

Do small appliances come with everything and a warranty?

Check the listing. Most include the parts you need, but some are missing the original box or a small accessory, and we call that out. Assume no warranty unless the listing says otherwise; some items may still carry a manufacturer warranty you can register with the brand.

Can I return a home item?

All sales are final, except for items that arrive damaged or sent in error (email us within 48 hours with photos). See our Refund Policy.

How fast do you ship?

Canada-wide, usually out the door in one to three business days, with tracking emailed to you.
